摘要
从中草药龙葵(SolanumnigrumL)的稀碱提取液中分离得到多糖SNLBP。经琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析,证实为单一组分。经酸水解和色谱分析可知,该多糖由D—木糖(82.2%)、D—甘露糖(7.4%)、D—葡萄糖(3.8%)和D—半乳糖(6.6%)组成,以D—木糖残基为主连结而成。
The polysaccharide NLBP was isolated from the alkaline aqueous abstracts of Solanum Nigrum L. It was shown to be a single homogeneous component by agarose gel elecrophoresis.Acid hydrolysis and HPLC analysis showed that SNLBP consist of D-xylose(82.2/%),D-mannose(7.4%),D-glucose(3.8%) and D-galactose(6.6%).
