摘要
本文通过对国内外学者有关“国际法”定义的综合分析,认为,在国际法研究中,应树立国际 社会共同利益的新观念,以推动国际法和国际法学的发展。
After synthetically analyzing'international law'which domestic and foreign publicist defined,this Paper is developing new definition of' international law 'which is thought of as a kw reflecting common interests among states and international community.This new definition will have a great influence upon fundamental theory of international law.
