浅论完善我国法律教育之路

A Brief Discussion on the Perfection of the Approaches of Education in the Science of Law

在现代法治社会,法律教育越来越受到重视。在推行依法治国的今天,中国的法律教育正 酝酿着一次巨变。但要达到完善并不是一朝一夕之事。本文通过对比国外几种法律教育模式,对我国 法律教育提出几点建议。

In the contemporary society of the rule by law,the legal education without doubt, is attached mote and more mportance. Today, society is developing rapidly, the legal education of China has been making preparations for tremendous changes, but it is not a simple event to achieve the aim. Compare to several patterns of legal education in foreign countries and combine with the reality of China, in this text, I will put forward several suggestions as reference.
