摘要
对于国家法治建设应当走何种途径长期存在不同的看法 。
For a long time ,there exists different views on how to construct the rule of law of a nation. One of the most important problems is how to treat and arrange the position and the role of the western model of rule of law and the Chinese traditional experience in process of realizing the rule of law.
