摘要
对待教育科研,很多中小学是步入误区的;应该给中小学教育科研合理定位,中小学应该将科研提到和教学同等重要的位置,教育科研应该成为中小学发展的助推器;中小学校长对学校的领导,首先是教育思想的领导;没有教育科研的学校,不是有特色的学校,没有搞教育科研的教师,不是有特色的教师。
Many elementary schools and middle schools have taken a wrong altitude towards the educational scientifcresearch. It is necessary to place it properly, These schools should consider that scientific research is just as importantas teaching approach and it oungt to be the booster to their development. The leadership of the masters is, first ofall, the leadership of educational thought. A school can not be a distinguished one without educational scientific re-search, and a teacher can nit e a outstanding one without resarching ability.
