在新的历史时期,面对全面建设小康社会的客观要求,面对市委提出的“一争一创一率先”的奋斗目标,要把握我市科技工作的重点,有效地促进区域创新体系建设,切实提高区域创新能力,努力为全市经济社会持续健康发展做出贡献。
In a new historical era, facing the requirement of building up a full-scale well-off society and the objects put forward by municipal Party committee, the key point is to effectively promote the building of regional innovation system and enhance the innovation capability. We should try to make contribution to the whole city's economy and society's sustainable and healthy development.
