高等学校培养创新人才理念简论

Talking about the Theory of College's Trainin Creative Talents

知识经济发展的动力是知识创新。创新人才的竞争是知识经济时代竞争的核心。高等学校要培养创新人才必须首先确立创新人才培养的新理念。本文通过对“以培养创新人才为中心”、“以人为本”、“张显个性”、“文理融合”、“人才竞争国际化”、“以德为本”等培养创新人才的主要理念的论述,旨在打破传统人才培养模式,探索培养创新人才的新思路。

The driving force of the development of Knowledge economy is the knowledge creating. The challenge of creative talents is the core of challenge of knowledge economy times. We must build up the new theory of training creative talents if the colleges want to train creative talents. This article is aiming at breaking the traditional model of training talents and exploring the new ways of training creative talents through the discussion of the following subjects: ' To set up core of training creative talents : 'to set up the human being as the source; 'Trying to make the characters clear . 'To combine the knowledge and theory ; ' Talents Challenge internationalize ; 'To set the moral character as the source. '
