冲击压路机的冲击轮运动浅析

Preliminary Study on Movement of Impact Roller's Wheel

冲击压路机的主要特点在于其多棱形压实轮,其工作原理不同于传统的压路机,它将夯击碾压技术和非圆滚轮压实技术相结合,低频大振幅冲击压实基础,笔者分析了冲击压路机冲击轮的运动特性.根据相对运动原理,得到了冲击轮质心的位移公式,为冲击轮运动进一步分析和整机设计提供了理论基础.

The property of impact roller is excessive edge of compaction wheel which different from traditional road roller.Tamper hitting and grind compacting are applied to technology of non-circle compaction.The wheel impact road bed with low frequency and big swing.Properties of movement of impact roller's wheel are discussed.Base on theory of relative movement,the displacement equation of mass center of wheel has been gained.It is important to analyes more for movement of wheel and roller's design.
