摘要 阐述了ERP系统的基本特征,对我国企业实施ERP系统过程中存在的问题进行了重点分析,并整合其中的关键环节,提出了实施ERP系统的SUPPORT模型,希望可以通过一套具体的实施规范来帮助我国企业提高实施ERP系统的成功率。 The basic features of ERP system are described. The problems in implementing the system are analyzed and integrating their key factors, the paper puts forward the SUPPORT model to implement the system.
