摘要
维护未成年学生的合法权益是实施素质教育的客观要求 ,学校教育中必须纠正各种侵犯未成年学生合法权益的现象 ,维护未成年学生的生命健康权、名誉权、隐私权、受教育权、全面发展权、申诉权等。
To keep the legal rights of minor students is the objective requirement of ability-oriented education. Violations of minor students' legal rights should be corrected. Staff members should try to protect their rights of life and health, reputation, privacy, education, a balanced-development,etc.
