Some Considerations on Modral Construction in Colleges and Universities

在高校开展公民道德建设 ,要注重建立和完善自律和他律相统一的运行机制 ,努力营造学习、宣传、落实的舆论氛围 ,探索教育和实践相结合的途径 ,并积极发挥领导干部的表率作用和广大师生的主体作用。

When carrying out moral construction in colleges and universities,we should set up an autonomous and heteronomous functioning system;and we should try to develop an atmosphere of propaganda,studying,and implementing.We need to find ways to combine education with practice.Leading cadres should set an example to the faculty members who are the principle body of moral construction.
