摘要
体育运动不仅能锻炼身体 ,而且能促进心理健康。通过对影响大学生心理健康的各种心理疾病进行分析 ,运用体育调节与治疗心理疾病的原理和手段 ,提出利用体育运动促进和改善大学生心理健康、调节和治疗心理疾病的方法和切实可行的防治措施。
Physical Exercises not only keep one physically healthy, but mentally as well. Through the analysis of various cases of psychological diseases which affect college students' mental health, as well as applying the prinple and approaches of physical adjustment and treatment for psychological obstacles, we put forward some methods and feasible preventive measures to help improve the mental health of college students and solve their psychological trouble by regular physical exercises.
