处方教学模式在高校体育教学中的实验研究

The Experimental Study about the Teaching Model of Prescripti in P.E.Teaching of Colleges and Universities

运用《体质健康评价与运动处方系统》 ,结合高校体育教学的特点 ,在河北省内 8所高等院校的部分教学班中进行了“处方教学模式”的实验研究。实验结果表明 ,处方教学模式在高校体育教学中的实施能充分体现出教学的多样化及实际、实效、实用的特点 ,有利于学生终身体育观念的形成 ;充分体现“学生主体性”和“区别对待”的教学原则 ;有利于学校体育课内外一体化局面的形成。

By using “the system about the appraisal of physical health and the prescription of sports',combining with the characteristic of the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities,the experimental study about the teaching model of prescription was carried out in apart of teaching classes of eight colleges and universities inside Hebei province.This experimental had showed several results as follows.1)The characteristic of teaching diversification,actuality,practicability,and effectivity can be fully embodied;2)To favor the forming of student's lifetime sports idea;3)To reflect fully the principle of “student's subject'and teaching that “treat with a certain discrimination';4)Favorable to the forming of the situation of internal and external integration of physical education of the school.
