Research about the Quality of Physical Education Teachers at the Institutes of Higher Learning

提高普通高校体育教师的综合素质是 2 1世纪高等体育教育面临的新任务。在党和国家如此重视素质教育的今天 ,普通高校体育教师应改变旧有观念 ,重塑职业形象 ,不断开拓、进取、创新 ,提高自身的素质。本文从专业素质、科学文化素质、身心素质、思想品德素质四个方面论述了高校体育教师应具备的素质品质。

It's the most pressing task at the moment to enhance the quality possessed by the physical education teachers at the ordinary institutes of highter learning.Nowadays,quality education is so much attached importance to that the P E teachers should change all the old ideas,recreate the professional character,and open up new paths steadily.They must be enterprising,full of innovations and must develop the quality of himself as well.In the article,some opinions on the quality which must be possessed by a teacher are put forward,which include the P E professional quality,scientific and cultural quality,physical and mental quality and idea logical and moral quality.
