Assumption of Responsibility of Giving Evidence and Transfer in Administrative Lawsuit

我国行政诉讼法及其司法解释对行政诉讼中原、被告举证责任的承担作了规定.但出于举证的必要,举证责任在某些情况下可以在原、被告之间转移。

In our country , the administrative lawsuit law and judiciary provide the assumption of the responsibility of giving evidence for prosecutors and defendants. In some cases, the responsibility of giving evidence may be transfered between them as it is necessary.
