城镇化是工业化和现代化的必然趋势,是解决我国农业和农村发展问题的关键措施。加快城镇化进程必须消除城镇化的思想、体制和政策障碍,实行以大城市为主、大中小城市和小城镇协调发展的城镇化战略,改革户籍管理制度、农村土地产权制度和社会保障制度,统筹城乡经济发展,搞好城镇规划。

Summary:Urbanization is a inevitable trend of mordernization and it is a key measure to solve the problem of,'Agriculture,Rural Areas.Farmers'Mn order to speed up urbanization,we must remove the impediments in thought,institution and policy;implement the urbanization strategy of emphasizing in the development of large cities along with the coordinated development of big,inedium,small cities and small towns;reform the Sensus Register Administration system,Land Property System in rural areas and Social Security Institution;make overall planning for urban and rural economic development,make scientific planning and layout of township.
