就业问题解决的好坏直接关系到社会稳定和劳动力资源的有效利用,文章在对重庆市就业格局、就业概况深入研究的基础上,剖析了当前重庆市失业问题加剧的原因,并在此基础上提出了缓解重庆就业压力的政策思路。

Whether the question of employment is solved or not has direct bearing on the stability of the society and the effectual use of labor resources. This article has a deeply study on the structure and general situation of the employment of Chongqing, analyses the reason of unemployment , and raises some trains of thought to mitigate the contradiction on this basis.
