School Culture Construction of Secondary Vocational Schools

目前中等职业学校在发展过程中面临着许许多多的难题。原因之一就在于许多中职学校忽略建设具有自身特色的学校文化,从而缺乏一种应对外在压力的办学理念和积极进取的团结精神。从对学校文化的实质、功能、形式及途径等方面的探讨中找到一些能促进中等职业技术教育发展的思路。

For various reasons, secondary vocational school face at present many problems during their development. The author believes in the course of long-term practice in secondary vocational education that one of the reasons is that many secondary vocational schools neglected the construction of school culture with its own features, which makes them lack the united spirit that they need to actively to run and develop their school under outer pressure. Therefore the author tries to find out some ideas that can be used to promote the development of secondary vocational and technical education, groping for the essential, function, form and methods of school culture, etc.
