建立有效的教研工作管理机制,促进教师把教育教学工作置于教学研究之中,在实践中检验,在实践中提高,使得教研活动由个体走向整体,从而提高教学质量,推进素质教育。

An effective supervising mechanism for teaching and research is estab-lished to make the teachers put their teaching practices in the teaching research work so that we can see how well they teach and by what means they will improve their teaching, whereby teaching research will be developed from an individual activity to the whole. Consequently teaching quality will be improved and the all-round development education promoted as well.
