摘要
为保证国家“西电东送”战略决策的顺利实施,广东电网需要配置安全稳定控制系统。有关部门用不同分析工具(BPA和NETOMAC),从不同角度对“十五”期末即2005年广东电网的稳定情况进行了专门分析,共完成了三种研究报告。本文比较这三种报告对相同故障形式所得的计算结果,以期能对广东电网的安全稳定控制系统的配置和广东电网的安全稳定运行提供参考。
A safety - stabilization control system has to be disposed in Guangdong power net in order to guarantee implementing successfully ' Xi - Dian Dong - Song' strategic decision of state. Using different analyzing tools (PBA & NETOMC), relative division have analyzed specially the stabilization of Guangdong power net in the end of ' Fifteen' (in 2005) from different angle, and have written three study reports. In this paper, the author compares the calculation results of same fault mode obtained from three reports mention above, and hopes it would be able to provide useful references to the disposition of the safety - stabilization control system and safe - stabilized operation of Guangdong power net.
