摘要
本文就电力建设单位如何有效控制工程造价进行了初步的阐述和探讨。认为建设单位必须从设计阶段、工程招投标、工程管理、工程监理、人才培养五个方面着手,在电力建设项目全过程的各个管理环节,运用多种投资控制的手段和措施,使工程造价控制在预期的目标范围内。
In this paper, describing and approaching simply about how to control efficiently engineering cost in power construction unit, the author considers that the electric power construction unit should start with five respects (design, engineering invite-biding/biding, engineering management, engineering supervision and person training), use multiple means and measures of controlling invest throughout the whole course of a project in order to control the engineering cost into a expected target- scope.
