证据是刑事诉讼的核心和灵魂,所有的证据必须经过法庭质证,才能作为定案的根据。交叉询问就是对证据进行质证的最基本、最有效的方法。交叉询问是刑辨律师在新的控辩式庭审方式下必须掌握的基本功,是衡量刑辩律师的辩护艺术和技巧的重要指标。

Evidence is the core and spirit of penal lawsuit. All evidences should be questioned by court before they become the grounds of cases. Cross-Examination is the most efficient way to prove evidences, it is also a basic quality of penal lawyers and an important target of measuring lawyers' defending art and skill of lawyers.
