摘要
不动产的利用主要有两种方式:一是设定用益物权,二是设定债权利用权。这两种方式尽管有相似之处,但仍有本质的区别。由于用益物权与债权利用权具有不同的利益、成本和风险,因此,对不动产利用而言,究竟应采取何种形式,对于当事人至关重要。
The usage of real estate has two forms. Although these two forms has similarities, they are still different essentially . As to real estate, which form should be adopted is of vital importance to those directly involved.
