依法治监与以德育人

Govern Prison with Law and Educate People with Moral

依法治国是我国的治国方略,依法治监是依法治国的组成部分。法制现代化要求监狱不仅要依法正确地执行刑罚,而且对罪犯的改造也赋予了时代的要求。因此,在依法治监的前提下,对罪犯的教育改造要贯彻以德育人的方针,使依法治监与以德育人达到有机的统一。

Gorerning country with law is China' s governing strategy, governing prison with law is a part of it. Legality modernization not only demands performing penalty correctly, but also put forward new requests to criminal' s reform. Hence, We should educate and reform criminals with moral principle, to make organic unity between ' governing prison with law' and 'educating people with moral'.
