摘要
我国监狱的警戒隔离带,对保障监狱安全具有重要意义。设置警戒隔离带的标准、效能等,监狱法只作了原则规定。我国应完善与警戒隔离带有关的法律法规,以立法的形式对相关问题予以确定,努力提高现有警戒隔离带的效能。
The warning segregation area in prisons is of great importance to the safety of prisons. Basic rules about its standard , effect, etc. are made in the prison law. Yet some related problems have to be legislated to improve the stipulations about the warning segregation area so that it is made more efficient.
