摘要
破产程序中工资优先权制度的建立,对保障劳动者及时、足额获得工资起到了极为重要的作用。但我国现有的工资优先权制度建立于上世纪80年代,存在诸多不足,已不能适应现实的需要,亟待完善。
The wage priority system in bankruptcy procedure was set up in China in 1980s and played an important role in ensuring that wages may be offered in time and in full. But the system needs to be improved because it can not meet the present requirements.
