随着中国经济的飞速发展和现代企业制度的建立,职业经理人的地位也日益重要,企业必须建立有效的经理人激励机制,激励经理人努力工作,使企业价值最大化。
With the rapid economic development of China and the establishment of the modern enterprise system, the career managers have assumed a more and more important position, for which enterprises must set up efficient incentive mechanisms for the managers to work hard and maximalize the values of the businesses.
