清江水布垭工区封闭管理和车辆自动识别系统

Closed-type Management & Vehicle Auto-distinguishing System at Construction Site of Shuibuya Hydro-project

清江水布垭工区因地制宜地做了浆砌石封闭围墙 ,由武警负责岗亭值勤 ,有效地控制了车流、人流、物流 ,创造了良好的施工环境。该文对水布垭工区的封闭管理与车辆自动识别系统进行了探讨 ,对车辆识别的关键技术车牌定位与字符识别进行了研究 ,并对系统数据库的建立和管理进行了分析。

The construction site of Shuibuya project is enclosed by a series of masonry wall and guarded by armed policemen, meanwhile, an auto-distinguishing system for vehicles is worked out to control the traffic flow. The key techniques of this system, such as license positioning, characters distinguishing are studied and database establishing and managing are analysed.
