三峡工程帷幕灌浆施工中对特殊情况的处理

Treatment about Special Problems in Curtain Grouting Works of TGP

三峡坝基帷幕灌浆曾对涌水、析水回浓、串孔、大流量孔段等特殊情况进行了处理。又在国务院质量专家组指导下 ,采取了提高孔口段灌浆压力 ,打破帷幕灌浆压力“上小下大”宝塔形的习惯做法 ,对孔口段“大耗水、小单耗”问题增补浅层化灌孔 ,以及对陡倾角部位增打斜孔进行检查、灌浆和加深涌水部位的灌浆孔等特殊处理。这些处理措施使得灌浆质量得到了保证。

Some special problems, such as spring water, bleed water muddied, mortar running through the grouting holes, serious seep-off etc. are treated. Afterwards, under the direction of the State Council's experts, in the top section shallow holes are set and grouted with chemical agent. As to the steep dip-angle strata, the inclined holes are drilled for inspecting seep-off and curtain grouting, meanwhile, the holes in water spring region are deepened. After these works are completed, the quality of curtain grouting is ensured.
