摘要
介绍了水布垭面板堆石坝上游垫层坡面混凝土挤压边墙的施工。该项技术在国内青海公伯峡水电站率先运用,随后湖北恩施芭蕉河水电站也采用了此项新技术。它替代了传统工艺中垫层料的超填、人工和机械削坡修整、斜坡碾压、坡面防护等,可以简化施工工序,加快施工进度,提高施工质量。在水布垭高面板堆石坝一期填筑时采用挤压边墙,加快了坝前区填筑进度,为安全渡汛创造了有利条件。
Based on the successful experiences of Gongboxia CFRD on the Yellow River and the CFRD on Bajiao River, the extruded wall is used also for the construction of Shuibuya CFRD because it could reduce the overfilling of cushion material, simplify the construction procedure, quicken the construction pace and improve the quality of rockfilling, meanwhile, favorable condition to tide over flood season safely is offered.
