Survey and Analysis on Present Situation of Mechatronics Graduates in Our Institute

主要通过对无锡地区企业和毕业生的调研 ,找出学院在机电类专业教育教学改革方面存在的一些不足 ,明确今后教育教学改革的方向。在培养目标多样化、提高学生综合素质、课程改革的重点和机电类专业专业师资队伍建设等问题上 ,提出了鲜明的观点。

By investigating the enterprises and graduates in Wuxi, this essay tells us the shortcomings in improving the teaching reforms in the mechatronics major, also gives us the future directions to teaching reforms. This article has also brought us vivid viewpoints, such as the variety of training aims, the improvement of students' complex quality, key points of courses reforms and teaching staff constructions in the mechatronics major.
