摘要
从教师职业成长的角度提出教师反思的重要性 ,强调教师的教育信念和教育风格是在不断反思的过程中逐渐形成的 。
Teachers' reflection plays a very important part in the teachers' career development. Their education belief and education style is gradually formed through the process of teachers' reflection. Some reflective methods are also introduced in this paper.
