摘要
高等教育大众化发展 ,为培养适应国际国内竞争需要的高素质人才 ,开辟了一条宽阔的道路。本文简要阐明了高素质人才的内涵与外延 ,表明了界定高素质人才的基本观点 ,指明了高素质人才的培养方法。
A board way is supplied to train the talents with high quality who can fit competition from home and abroad, with the development of higher education popularization. In the paper, the inclusion and extension of talents with high quality is explained, the foundational concept with definition of talents with high quality is set up and the method to train talents with high quality is also put forward.
