马克思主义劳动价值论是阐明劳动是创造商品价值唯一源泉的理论。我们现阶段发展社会主义市场经济与马克思主义创始人所面临的条件有很大不同。本文以党的十六大为指导 ,结合社会主义实践的发展 ,对新形势下如何进一步丰富和发展劳动价值论谈谈几点认识。

The labor value theory of Marxism expounds the truth that labour is the only source creating the value of commodity. With the development of socialist market economy, the conditions we are facing at present differ greatly from what Marxism founders confronted. Based upon the Party's 16 th National Congress spirit and the development of socialist practice, this paper deals with several opinions on how to further enrich and develop the labor value theory in ever-changing situations.
