College moral education is the orientation of the college education that aims at training socialist serviceable talents with the wholesome personality,skilled in handling affairs,conducting themselves,cooperation and active participation in the activities. With the development of the time and society,the goal of the college moral education has been improved greatly. Entering the 21st century,college moral education should start with morden consciousness and focus on training the students' participation consciousness, co - existence consciousness and consciousness of the wholesome personality. Only in this way can college moral education lead the age and train qualified talents.
