摘要
师生之间的互动关系既有合谐的一面,也存在分歧、对抗与冲突。审视和探析师生之间的冲突,对于全面揭示师生关系,促进学生的身心发展有着直接意义。本文通过对师生冲突概念的界定,类型的分析,深入探讨了引起师生冲突的根源,并对教师提出了四点合理要求。
The relation between the teacher and the student Should be not only the harmonious,but also the divergent and antagonic. Exploring the conflict between the teacher and the student has the direct sense to fully discover their mutual relation and prompt the students' physical and mental development . By defining the concept and analyzing the catergories,the article deeply explores the origin of the conflict and raised four pieces of demands to teachers.
