How to Promote Quality-oriented Education in All-round Way

素质教育是当前教育的关键,而教育方针是素质教育实施的方向。要全面推进素质教育的实施,就要贯彻党的教 育方针,以培养“四有”新人为出发点,以促进人的全面发展为目标,以“三个面向”为指导,坚持理论与实践的统一。

Quality-oriented education is the key of the current education and education principle is the direction of implementation of quality-oriented education. In order to promote the implementation of quality-oriented e-ducation in every aspect, the Communist Party's education policy should be performed. From the beginning of cultivating new people with 'Four Have's' , at the aim of promoting all -round development of people, under the guide of 'Three Face's' , the unification between theory and practice should be maintained.
