在高校体育教育中,通过加强体育理论课的健康教育内容,组织引导课外锻炼与竞赛,建立咨询与健康监督机构,来提高大学生的健康素质。
In order to give students a guide in their extracurricular activities and competitions, we must strengthen the health education in the physical education of colleges. And we'd better build the advisory body and supervisory setup to improve the college students' health.
