《荷塘月色》是朱自清的散文名篇,"淡淡的哀愁、淡淡的喜悦"难以概括通篇所呈现的作者内心境况;异常喜悦的心情当亦蕴涵在该篇文章之中,尽管此种心境的存在极其短暂。事实上的"一团乱麻,一团火"之所以能够经过作者的艺术创作而"淡"了许多,这是由特定的家庭教育、自然地理环境、人文历史环境,以及"中和主义"等哲学思想的影响所决定的。
