A Theoretical Probing into the Concept of Knowledge Capital

本文在分析知识与资本的涵义、知识向资本转化的条件以及国内外学者关于知识资本不同定义的基础上,对于知识资本概念进行了新的探讨:即知识资本是指知识(广义知识)在一定条件下转化而来的,是企业在其生产经营及其管理活动中所积累起来的最具有价值增量的预付价值。

Based on an analysis of the concept of knowledge capital, the preconditions to the conversion from knowledge to capital, the different ideas of knowledge capital from domestic and foreign learners, this paper makes a new study into the concept of knowledge capital. Knowledge capital is the knowledge in a broader sense conversed in certain conditions. It is the prepaid and increased value that is accumulated in the process of the production, operation and management in a company.
