借鉴孔子道德教育思想精华 加强高职院校德育工作

To Use the Spirit of Confucianist Moral Education Theory And to Strengthen the Work of Moral Education in Vocational Institutes

江泽民同志提出“以德治国”方略,多次指出要继承和发扬中华民族的优良传统。本文从高职院校德育工作的实际出发,借鉴孔子道德教育思想,提出了三个方面加强高职院校德育工作的对策:校准认识,认清挑战,真正把德育放在首位;以人为本,关爱学生,建立学生健康成长机制;以身作则,为人师表,每个教师都有德育责任。

Jiang Zemin have put forward the strategy of Running the State by Ethics', and pointed out many times that the excellent traditions of the Chinese nation should be inherited and developed. From the view of the practical work of moral education in vocational institutes and the spirit of Confucianist moral education theory, this paper puts forward three strategies to improve the work of moral education in vocational institutes: To correct the knowledge and recognize the challenge, the moral education should be put at the first place; to put human as the basis and care for the students, students' healthy growing system should be set up; to set an example and a model of virtue for students, every teacher is responsible for moral education.
