摘要
本文探讨了纤维素酶和氨基硅酮对亚麻织物的柔软整理效果和机理。采用正交试验的方法,优选了氨基硅酮柔软整理的最佳工艺。从实验结果可看出亚麻织物先用纤维素酶处理,再用氨基硅酮整理,可使织物硬挺度显著下降,柔软度增加,获得软而滑的手感,柔软效果非常理想。
This paper discusses the softening effect and mechanism of cellulose enzyme and amino-silicone. The orthogonal test has taken the best finishing process of amino-silicone. The results indicate that the stiffness decreases, the softness increases, and the linen fabric gets waxy feeling after being treated with celluose enzyme proceeded with amino-silicone.
