摘要 高教园区多所高校并存,高校之间师生交往的空间扩大了,交流更频繁了,这有利于学生的健康发展,但随之而来的矛盾和摩擦也会增多,处理不当,会酿成冲突,影响高校的发展和稳定。要培养学生正确的集体感,须从3个方面入手。一是“春风化雨”,使学生的集体感建立在个体素质和整体素质优化的有机结合基础之上。二是“开渠导流”,使学生的集体感沿着科学、合理、合法的轨道运行、发展。三是“优化生态”,使学生的集体感成长有一块“天时、地利、人和”的沃土。 The existence of multi - colleges in high education zone enlarges the communication space for the students and teachers between the colleges and makes their communication more otten, which is favorable to the healthy development of the students, but also mcreases the contradiction and friction. Improper handling will result in conflicts and influence the development and stability of colleges. The cultivation of students proper sense of group will be started from the following three aspects: The first is to set up their group sense on the basis of organic combination of individual quality and group quality excellence. The second is to lead their group sense along the way of science, rcience, reason and right-ness. Thethird is have rich environment for the growth of the students group sense.
