浅谈高职院校青年教师职业心理的培养

On the Cultivation of Vocational Psychology of Youth Teachers in Vocational College

加强青年教师队伍建设,培养、提高高职院校青年教师职业心理素质,直接关系到高等职业教育的可持续发展。本文分析了培养、提高高职院校青年教师职业心理的必要性,阐述了青年教师职业心理的特点及培养途径和方法,指出了要注意职业心理成长的阶段性问题。

To strengthen the construction of youth teachers' team and improve the vocational psychology of youth teachers in vocational college is in direct connection with the everlasting development of vocational higher education. This paper analyzes the necessity of improving the vocational psychology of youth teachers in vocational college, expatiates the features of youth teachers' vocational psychology and the approaches and methods of cultivation and also points out the problems of different stages in the deve -lopment of vocational psychology.
