摘要 建立崭新的品牌化服装教育模式,主要目的是面向产业,培养适应现代化服装大工业生产的服装技术人才。首要的任务是围绕产业构建人才知识、能力和素质的要求,探索并确立科学的人才培养目标。本文从高等职业教育的特点、服装工业生产的人才需求入手,结合我院服装工程专业的教学实践,以职业能力为中心解剖了高职服装教育的人才培养目标。 The main objective to establish the brand - new Fashion education mode of brandization is to train the fashion technical talents who can fit for the manufacturing of modern fashion industry by facing the industry. The first role of it is to explore and establish the training objective for talents by encircling the industry requirement for talents' knowledge, capability and quality. With the completely new concept, combining the teaching experience of garment engineering faculty in our Institute, researching into the features of high vocational education and the talents need of fashion industry, the article annotates the training objective for the applied and technical talents of high vocational fashion education.
