摘要
以电脑刺绣机新型挑线机构为研究对象,推导了机构多位移矩阵迭代求解、机构速度和加速度的理论方程,详细分析了新型挑线机构的位移、速度、加速度特性曲线.结论显示加速度变化大是导致电脑刺绣机断线的原因之一.其推导方法与优化理论相结合可用于电脑刺绣机挑线机构参数设计,以改善加速度特性曲线,降低断线率.
Based on the study of the new thread-taking-up mechanism in computerized embroidery machine, the theoretical equations of the solutions to the multi-displacement matrix iteration, the mechanism velocity and acceleration are deduced in this paper. The performance curve of the displacement, velocity and acceleration is analyzed in detail. The conclusion show that the great change of the acceleration is one of the cause to result in the breaking thread in computerized embroidery machine. The method in this paper can be combined to optimize theory to design the parameters of the thread-taking-up mechanism in computerized embroidery machine, the performance curve of the acceleration can be improved to diminish the ratio of the breaking thread.
