摘要 以长寿花为材料,研究了其茎尖和带腋芽茎段组织培养技术。在组培快繁过程中,细胞分裂素BA和生长素NAA对带腋芽茎段和茎尖的分化有促进作用;生长素IBA和NAA共同作用促进根的生长。试验证明,当茎尖和带腋芽茎段在MS+BA_[1.0mg/L]+NAA_[0.3mg/L]的培养基中培养,有利于芽的分化增殖,其繁殖系数为2.67;而在培养基1/2MS+NAA_[0.5mg/L]+IBA_[0.3mg/L]中培养,有利于长寿花幼苗生根壮苗。 The tissue culture technology about shoot-tip and stem with auxiliary bud of Kalanchoe Blossfeldian,which were used as explant,were studied. In the process of in vitro culture,both cytokinins BA and auxin NAA have significant effects on the proliferation of auxiliary bud stem and shoot-tip. Auxin NAA combined with IBA can promote the growth of root. The results indicated that monthly propagation index of Kalanchoe Blossfeldian was 2. 67. The coefficient was advantageous to the differiation of the bud when shoot-tip and auxiliary bud stem were cultured in MS medium supplemented with 1. Omg/L BA and 0. 3mg/L NAA. The best medium for the growth of root was 1/2 MS + NAA0.1mg/L+ IBA0.5mg/L.Meanwhile,the medium was suitable to rooting and making plantlets strong on this condition.
