摘要
测试了平菇、香菇、柳松茸等8种食用菌菌丝对不同处理的葡萄糖和可溶性淀粉的同化利用情况,并测定了不同处理葡萄糖和可溶性淀粉溶液的还原糖含量。结果表明:平菇、滑菇、黑木耳、双孢蘑菇和大肥菇在以抽滤除菌的葡萄糖为唯一碳源的培养基上菌丝生长速度最快;香菇和柳松茸在以高温灭菌的可溶性淀粉为唯一碳源的培养基上菌丝生长速度最快;蛹虫草在以间歇灭菌的可溶性淀粉为唯一碳源的培养基上菌丝生长速度最快。葡萄糖经高温灭菌处理后,还原糖含量降低;而可溶性淀粉经高温灭菌后,还原糖含量略微升高。
The glucose was high temperature sterilized and filter removing disinfected. The mycelial growth rate of 8 mushrooms, i.e. Pleurotus ostreatus,Lentinula edodes, Agyocybe aegerita, Pholiota nameko, Cordyceps militaris, Auricularia auricula, Agaricus bisporus and Styopharia rugosoannulata in 4 kinds of media were tested. The reducing carbohydrate of differently treated glucose and soluble starch solutions were also determined. The resultsshowed that the mycelia of Pleurotus ostreatus, Pholiota nameko, Auricularia auricula, Agaricus bisporus and Styopharia rugosoannulata grew fastest in media with filter removing disinfected glucose as the only carbonic resource. The mycelia of Agyocybe aegerita and Lentinula edodes grew fastest in media with high temperature sterilized soluble starchas the only carbonic resource. The mycelia of Cordyceps militaris grew fastest in media with interval sterilized soluble starch as the only carbonic resource. The reducing carbohydrate of high temperature sterilized glucose was decreased and that of soluble starch solutions was a little increased.
