摘要
对忍冬上一种新病害进行了病原鉴定,系统描述了其症状表现。并对病原物的生物学特性进行了研究。该病菌生长的最适温度为25℃左右;孢子产生的最适温度为30℃;分生孢子萌发的适温范围为25~30℃。病菌在pH值2~12范围内均能生长,其中以pH6~9生长较好;孢子萌发的pH值范围为5~10,以pH9为最适。光照对菌丝生长的影响不显著,但对产孢影响较大。而紫外线对孢子有明显杀伤作用。
In this paper a new root rot of Loniteratwrica is distinguished,and symptom of the discasc is observcd and described systemly. This stlldy has inveStigated the bi0logical chnderiStic. The results showed that the optimal temperate of the hyphas grown is 25℃, pore production is 30℃,and spore germination is 25~30℃.The rang of pH value about hyphxgrown and spore germination were 2~l2 and 5~l0,the optimal pH vaiue were 6~9 and 10.The influence of light is not marked to hyghae growth, but very marked to the production of spore. The spore can be killed by theulteravioletfay.
