摘要
采用田间小区试验和室内模拟干旱辅助试验结合的方法,对德旱986小麦进行了抗旱形态指标研究。在PEG渗透胁迫下小麦胚芽鞘和主胚根长与品种的渗透调节能力呈正相关,德旱986在水分胁迫下胚芽鞘和主胚根较长,说明德旱986渗透调节能力强,抗旱性好。在干旱条件下德旱986个体生育受影响相对较小,表现为分蘖成穗高、叶面积大、千粒重高而稳定,穗粒重降低少,抗旱系数高。
We had studied the shape index of droughtresistant of wheat Dehan 986.in the way of small area experiment in the field connected with dry climate experiment in lab.Under the PEG osmosis forcing, the wheat caps of plumule and the lengh of main radicles have the positive relationship with the ability of variety osmosis.The cap of plumule and the main radicles of Dehan 986 become longer under the water forcing.It proves that osmosis regulating ability of Dehan 986 is strong and the drought-resistant ability is well.With the drought situation, the individual growing of Dehan 986 is influenced lighter.Included in the following contents: high rate of tillering being ear; big square of leaves; weight and firm of the weigh of 1000 seeds; less down the grain weight per spike; high coefficient of droughtresistant.
